What is your favourite workout?
My fave workout would involve selecting moderate weights and completing 4 sets of say, 6 exercises, such as squat press and Deadlift, as fast as I can in a circuit type format. Once all sets are complete I'll finish with 3k on treadmill, every time!

Share with us the tastiest meal or snack you have eaten this week?
My tastiest snack this week has to be oats with raisins squares! These are prepared using coconut flour and coconut oil, oats, raisins and maple syrup. Baked in the oven.

What is your favourite song, or playlist, to sweat to?
I love to workout to rock music! My current personalised play list is called "Rock and Run". This music motivates me!

What does your weekly workout schedule look like?
M-Yoga/3k run. Evening-10 minute Row and fast 3 sets/4 exercises focusing on my 'difficult' body areas such as butt.
T-Lower body/3k run
W-Yoga/3k run. Evening-10 minute Row and fast 3sets /4 exercises working my difficult to sculpt body part, such as legs.
T-Upper body/3k run
F-Netball for 1 hour
S-Mixed body parts 30mins fast/3k run
S-Rest day

Are you a Morning Lark or a Night Owl?
I have a lot of energy and tend to be able to motivate myself both sides of the day!

Who inspires you? My husband inspires me as, despite an extremely demanding, challenging and difficult job with lots of business travel and yummy food and fine wine available , he never misses a workout, manages to balance it 'all' and stay in good shape!

What is the hardest thing you have ever done?
This year I begun training to participate in the Hong Kong Arnold Classic. The training regime is extremely meticulous and tough! I literally had to fore-go everything I enjoyed and socialising was tough! Sadly, I had to stop training due to requiring surgery. And I'm a strange twist of fate, that comp was cancelled...maybe next year!

  1. Trip around Europe

What superpower do you wish you could have?  To transport myself at high speed to my 3 boys at home, after a long day and too many hours away from them!

What is the best thing about being a trainer?
Being able to make a difference to how people live their life with better quality!

‘To Plan’? or ‘Go with the Flow’?
I push myself to be laid-back as I know nothing is that important that can be done or fixed! But I need to plan in order to feel I did the best job!

Tell us one thing that we did not know about you?
I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters! I am the eldest girl and second eldest sibling.
