6 Week Beginners Running Program

This running program is suitable for Beginners through to Intermediate Level runners.


Throughout the 6 weeks this program will focus on specific training styles, e.g. Intervals, Sprints and Tempo Runs to help increase your running speed and endurance.  The program also includes learning about correct running form and mechanics, progress tracking coupled with performance coaching and motivation. 

As part of the program you will have exclusive access to our Momentum Running Community Page where you can connect with other like-minded runners, share tips on favourite running routes, running tips, and other running related information. 


This is a perfect program for those who are wanting to start their running journey, or want get back into their running again. At the end of this 6 weeks, we set you the challenge to enter the Performance Series Race on 22nd April (this is optional and not a mandatory part of the course). You can choose either the 5km or the 10km race.


Upon signing up to the program you will receive a FREE Momentum Running Race Ready guide, a FREE Momentum Visor, plus the option to purchase a Momentum Running T-Shirt.
