Our 6 Week Kids Fitness Program is a fun filled 45-minute class where your children will improve their motor, cognitive & social skills, whilst getting fitter, stronger and feeling more confident in themselves and their abilities.
Children from ages 6-12 are welcome to come along for this class where they can expect to sweat, smile and have a bucket load of fun! The classes will focus on sports & agility fitness all packaged into a high energy, engaging session that will leave them wanting to come back for more.
