Train with Singapore's 100m sprint record holder in a workshop designed to give you the skills to increase your speed and power whilst developing your overall athleticism.

"Shyam represented Singapore in the 100m sprint, a 4 times SEA Games medalist he still holds the Singapore national record for the fastest 100m sprint at 10.37s, set at the World University Games in 2001 and equalled at the Kuala Lumpar Sea Games. 

In 2001 he was world ranked, and ranked 2nd in SE Asia.  In 2002 he qualified for the Commonwealth Games and Asian Games (securing a semi-finalist place in the Asian Games) 

When he was competing full-time he was the Singapore ambassador for Nike and Tag Heuer.

He retired in 2005, but still exercises at least 5 times a week and is an advocate of sprint training as a means of staying fit".

This clinic will benefit any sports person, runner or anyone who would like to improve coordination, speed agility and power.
