Couples who workout together, stay together…”FACT”! Susan & John consistently train together throughout the week. Their consistency, determination and togetherness during classes is an inspiration to us all. We could learn a thing or two about how to train with your spouse (and not fall out!)
"We have been attending Momentum Bootcamps regularly for about a year now. We both like to go. Fitness has always been important to us and it's fun working out as a couple and meeting others who share the same zest for fitness. We have got to know some of the other members and really like this friendly group.
Momentum is great for a lot of reasons. First and foremost, it's a great workout combining endurance, strength, stretching and core strengthening. We enjoy being outdoors in the beautiful Botanic Gardens. It's challenging, never boring, and we always look forward to what the Momentum team will challenge us with next.
Its such a positive experience.
