About Neha

Neha has been a Momentum client for over 3 years; she (re) started her fitness journey after giving birth to her 2 children, and she now feels stronger and healthier than ever before. 

Having been an entrepreneur for the past 5 years, Neha decided to take the leap into the fitness world where she has found her true calling, and she hopes to encourage and inspire others around her to lead active and healthy lifestyles.

Neha has a passion for Pilates, and she is also a mean Badminton Player (having played for the Indian Junior National Team).  When she is not working out, or training others, she loves to travel and spend time outdoors with her family.
