This program is perfect for beginners to advanced runners wanting to improve their running. It takes all participants back to the basics with key techniques to help become a more efficient, stronger and faster runner. We provide performance coaching and motivation, will track your progress and support you every step of the way!
Your program will includes 3 weekly classes. Each week you can choose from either 2 Run Classes + 1 Cross Training (Bootcamp, HIIT or Boxing) or 3 Run Classes (RunStrong, RunFree & RunCamp). Combined together you will be race ready in no time!
American Womens Association in conjunction with Health & Vitality and Momentum Bootcamps are hosting an event that is a must do if you are a tennis player.
Whether you’re new to the island or you’ve lived here a while, sometimes the 4H’s (heat, haze, hydration and humidity) can absolutely destroy your tennis game. Our experts in physical fitness and nutrition will help players adjust to the rigors of the climate in Singapore. If you want to improve your game, meet other players and have fun with exercise and food you won’t want to miss this!

- how to boost your immune system to cope with the haze (great for your kids too)
- best supplements for tired, aching muscles so that you can be back on court next day
- maximizing energy through nutrition
- what to eat before, during and after a match to maintain energy and keep hydrated
- ideas for serving healthy treats after
Amanda Clement & Sarah Visser from Momentum Bootcamps will focus on Tennis Conditioning. The session will focus on skills important & required for Tennis
- Balance & Stability Coaching
- Agility & Speed Drills
- Strength & Conditioning - Tennis Circuit Training touching on all aspects of fitness with various intensities.
We’ll finish with some healthy smoothies, snacks, a question & answer session and a chance to meet other participants socially.

Train with Singapore's 100m sprint record holder in a workshop designed to give you the skills to increase your speed and power whilst developing your overall athleticism.
"Shyam represented Singapore in the 100m sprint, a 4 times SEA Games medalist he still holds the Singapore national record for the fastest 100m sprint at 10.37s, set at the World University Games in 2001 and equalled at the Kuala Lumpar Sea Games.
In 2001 he was world ranked, and ranked 2nd in SE Asia. In 2002 he qualified for the Commonwealth Games and Asian Games (securing a semi-finalist place in the Asian Games)
When he was competing full-time he was the Singapore ambassador for Nike and Tag Heuer.
He retired in 2005, but still exercises at least 5 times a week and is an advocate of sprint training as a means of staying fit".
This clinic will benefit any sports person, runner or anyone who would like to improve coordination, speed agility and power.

This is a super fun course for both first timers to the seasoned fitness fanatic. Its not about racing solo to the end, its about joining our Momentum Bootcamps team taking on the challenge together and supporting each other through the fun 20+ strong obstacle course.
With two distances on offer (SPRINT or SUPER) sign up now and we can get SPARTAN ready together!
Our Spartan Squad Training commences on Monday 13th March 2017 @ 9.30am alternating between MacRitchie, Kent Ridge Park and Fort Canning. Each session will focus on specific elements of the obstacle course to get you in tip top shape for the challenge that awaits us.

Stephanie Johnson an SAIS mother of two, loving wife, avid runner and fellow Momentum Bootcamper, was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Having just completed her surgery I wanted to show our support by joining together to run for breast cancer research.
Please show your support and join us (wearing pink of course) for a RunCamp style class on Friday 21st April @ 8.30am.
All proceeds from this class go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. If you are unable to join us, please show your support and donate when you can.
