15 MINUTE HOLIDAY BODY BLAST

Summer vacay season is just around the corner! As many of us jet off across the world to some amazing destinations to switch off, indulge and spend some much needed family time, it's still easy to keep fit and active - we've got you covered!

Here's some inspiration from trainer, Ola, who is currently holidaying in the sunny Tuscan countryside. This super simple, no fuss workout doesn't require any equipment and can be done anytime, anywhere. All you need is yourself, a nice view and 15 minutes - it's that simple. Enjoy!

Exercises:

  • Jumping Jacks

  • Push-ups

  • Reverse jump lunge with double pulse

  • Plank jack with bear crawl hold 

  • Burpees

Timings:

  • 40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest

  • 3 rounds

  • Total time: 15 minutes
