WARM UP
Always remember to warm up first for at least 5 mins. It may include a 5 mins run or you can do the following.
- 60 seconds: Jumping Jacks or Skipping
- 60 seconds: 10 High Knees to 2 Push Ups
- 60 seconds: Jumping Jacks or Skipping
- 60 seconds: 10 High Knees to 2 Squats
- 60 seconds: Jumping Jacks or Skipping
