When it comes to fitness, one size doesn’t fit all. In fact, fit comes in a variety of wonderful shapes and sizes, and as women, we need to start embracing and loving our bodies. We are all unique and so are our bodies. Even if we performed the same regular exercise and ate all the same food, we would never look identical.
To be fit, represents the way you feel, both mentally and physically, and it should never be compared to dress size or the number you see on your scale. These gorgeous women celebrate their bodies which allows them to do incredible things!
Here we take a look at 7 inspirational fit and fab Momentum ladies, and learn more about their fitness journey.

How long have you been working out with Momentum Bootcamps for?
I believe fitness is a personal attitude. I‘ve been active my whole life and it’s important that you find something you enjoy otherwise you might not stick with it. Over time you get addicted and feel the need to exercise.
I joined the Momentum family exactly 2 years ago. I keep coming back as the workouts are challenging and fun, and at the same time I get to meet so many like-minded and inspirational individuals who push me to achieve my best - I love this community.
How many times per week do you exercise?
I try to work out at least 5 times every week. This is a mix of 3-4 tennis classes and two Momentum bootcamps. It’s great and keeps me energised.
What is your favourite workout?
I always try to keep things fresh so I mix up my weeks up with tennis, Momentum’s Signature bootcamp, yoga and boxing.
And your favourite healthy meal?
I love to start my day off with granola and Greek Yoghurt, topped with some fresh fruit. My favourite dish to cook up during the day is a mix of quinoa or veggie salad and some protein such as beef or fish.

Being fit feels great. I feel strong in my legs, strong in my arms, strong in my core and more importantly strong in my mind. So it’s important to maintain my fitness as my body changes with age.

I like keeping active so aim to exercise at least 3 times a week, with a combination of Momentum’s running and bootcamp classes - and now adding Tuesday’s yoga to the list, which I really enjoy. On top of that, I occasionally like to swim or take a run along East Coast Park.
What is your favourite workout?
Without a doubt it has to me Tuesdays at the track running with Momentum.
And your favourite healthy meal?
I always fuel my body with lots of vegetables so I love to cook up a quick and easy dish consisting of as many vegies as I have laying around the house, and I add stir-fried rice, along with a marinated piece of salmon. It’s very easy to make tastes delicious.

From the food I eat, to that amazing post-workout feeling, it really makes me happy to look after my body As a result I feel healthier, happier and stronger to take on life’s challenges.
I first joined Momentum Bootcamps in 2015 while I was using Guavapass. I had tried a lot of different bootcamps before, but once I found Momentum it was exactly what I needed – it’s a great and challenging workout every single time, but at the same time it’s fun which is why I keep coming back.
