I love to run, it makes me feel so happy and free, and it’s a great way keep fit and stay in shape. I know that running may not (initially) be everyone’s cup of tea but trust me, once you get into the flow, you’ll love it.
HIIT has gained a lot of interest over the past few years, as is a very quick, convenient and effective form of exercise - perfect for those time-poor individuals who still want to maintain their fitness regime. It can basically be performed anytime, anywhere.
So the haze is here to stay for awhile. Not so great. But what is great is that you might be stuck in the house but you can still tone and keep up with your workout at home.
